What educators are saying ...

Thank you truly for a practice-changing experience these last two days. I feel so full and so ready for this year; I find myself hoping I have some of those students in my classes again, to build and repair relationships, and to be the teacher they've needed me to be.   Teacher - North Side College Prep, Chicago

I had known of Positive Discipline for years ... everything I read fit with my beliefs as a teacher. In a workshop environment, I experienced the work with the benefit of experiential activity based learning.  Kristin fielded questions, led activities, and guided us through misunderstandings. I know I came away with a richer and deeper belief in why and how treating all students with respect while being kind and firm is deeply encouraging.  I also came away with not only affirmation of why, but concrete ways how to create this environment in my classroom.

Positive Discipline for Early Childhood Educators

This two-day experiential workshop is designed for early childhood educators, teachers, and caregivers who work with children from birth to six years of age. Participants will learn to apply the principles and tools of Positive Discipline, an Adlerian research-based philosophy, in working with groups of young children. Interested and curious parents will also find this workshop helpful in understanding childhood development, temperament and attachment.
Participants will earn recognition as Certified Positive Discipline Early Childhood Educators and will learn to:
